When you place an order we'll do our best to fulfill it promptly. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust our preparation. Orders not collected or confirmed within the agreed window may be cancelled.
All sweets, chocolate, gummy candy and other confectionery are listed with current prices and may change as ingredients and availability shift. If an item is out of stock, we'll suggest the closest alternative or offer a substitute.
For bespoke orders — heart-shaped lollipops, personalized chocolate assortments, themed gummy selections — we ask for at least a week's notice and may request a deposit. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately and we'll work with you fairly.
Feel free to browse and share our pages with friends. Please don't reproduce our content, images, product photography or branding for business purposes without permission — just ask and we'll likely say yes.
